**The Opportunity**
This is a great opportunity to kick start your insurance broking career.
This role is key to the success of our team and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will be tasked with a variety of administration tasks pertaining to customer insurance policy renewals, whilst working closely with our Insurance Brokers and have exposure to a broad client portfolio:
- Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
**About You**
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has superior customer service skills and is comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
Additionally, you will relate to the following:
- Strong administration skills
- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)
- Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
- Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Ongoing support and mentoring will be provided to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.
