This role is crucial in expanding our reach within the hospitality sector across Melbourne and its surrounding regions. **Responsibilities** - **Develop and Implement Field Sales Strategy**: - Independently develop and implement an effective field sales strategy tailored to the hospitality sector. - Regularly visit and engage with various establishments, including hotels, resorts, event planners, travel agencies, spas, and restaurants. - **Client Engagement and Relationship Management**: - Plan and execute quarterly trips to key regional areas such as Bendigo, Geelong, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Mildura, and Gippsland "When needed in the future". - Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - **Digital Marketing Integration**: - Assist clients in setting up and providing access of their digital marketing platforms to YSC such as Google My Business Listing, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and Website. - **Sales and Marketing Collateral Management**: - Utilise and distribute marketing and promotional materials effectively during client interactions. - Provide inputs for the creation of digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, and whitepapers. - **Sales Tracking and Reporting**: - Design and maintain a systematic approach to tracking and reporting sales activities using CRM and sales tracking software. - Regularly update performance tracking sheets and analyse data to guide sales strategies. **Key Requirements** - **Experience and Skills**: - A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality sector. - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders. - Proficiency in using technology for sales tracking, reporting, and digital marketing tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - **Self-Starter with Strategic Vision**: - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a self-starter attitude. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. - **Digital Marketing Knowledge**: - Experience or familiarity with digital marketing platforms and strategies. - Capability to assist clients in digital marketing setup and optimisation. - **Logistics and Travel**: - Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle for client visits and regional travel. **Preferred Experience** - Previous experience in establishing a field sales process from the ground up. - Familiarity with the Melbourne hospitality sector and its key players. - Experience in client onboarding and digital marketing integration. **Application Process** To apply, please submit your resume along with a cover letter detailing your experience in developing and executing field sales strategies. **Our Promise** At Your SocialChef, you'll be part of an innovative team that values creativity, measurable results, and quality work in transforming the marketing landscape for the hospitality sector. **Contact** **Phone**: 1300 74 77 74 | **Location**: Melbourne, Australia **Join Us** Embark on a journey with Your SocialChef, where your expertise in field sales will drive meaningful impact in the vibrant world of hospitality marketing. **Job Type**: Freelance Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week **Benefits**: - Travel reimbursement Schedule: - 8 hour shift - No weekends Supplementary Pay: - Commission Application Question(s): - Do you have experience in a cold-call sales environment? - Are you available to travel for this role when required? **Experience**: - business-to-business sales representative: 2 years (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: On the road Application Deadline: 15/11/2024 Expected Start Date: 15/11/2024
