This is a role that doesn’t play by the rules.
**Implementation Consultant** for this super cool company is unpredictable, involves many moving parts and requires someone who understands tech and people in equal doses.
**Not another 9-5**
Onboarding at most 8-10 customers at varying stages of the process, your day-to-day could see you running in-platform customer training sessions, participating in weekly syncs with the solution architects and the client, staying on top of documenting and recording sessions, prepping action points to share with customersTo prevent getting overloaded, the key is to stay on top of it all.
Most importantly of allyour relationships. Internal and External Stakeholder management is a huge part of the job. And FLEXIBILITY You must be able to understand the customers and their technical and outcome needs, and have the flexibility to work around them.
So, if you’re more agile than a prima ballerina, can think on your feet and go with the flow, and can multitask better than a Mum of 5 and stay calm while doing itwe want you (p.s. There’ll always be someone there to support you. It takes a village after all)
