**a custodian, as a senior fund administrator in superannuation, in a trustee office or a call centre professional** who is ready to make the move into investment administration.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract based in our Sydney CBD office with a blend of office/remote work flexibility.

**Your new role**
The focus of this role is to provide client service operational support. Some of your duties will include:

- Review, collate and process client data
- Data reconciliation, liaising and following up issues with external custodians, managers and internal teams
- Process, maintain and reconcile data in excel spreadsheets and charts/tables for reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to clients
- Assist with the administrative aspects of setting up of new client accounts
- Contribute to team and business projects

As a JANA Operations Support Analyst, you are a capable communicator, have excellent attention to detail and have a desire to learn and grow in a role. You demonstrate accountability in your judgement and are able to build respectful and enduring relationships. You have a client centric mindset and are committed to exceeding expectations. Able to work independently or as part of a team, you work collaboratively and positively to achieve a common goal.

**Financial services operational/back-office experience to date is required alongside transferable work experience and skills.**
