Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice we intend to recruit a Data Analyst with relevant consulting and communication skills. **Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:

- Analyse and assess customer tax residency information, and ensure assessment outcomes are documented in all relevant systems and case management workflows.
- Identify patterns in assessed data and provide management insights on the results of the process to drive fact-based decisions;
- Manage the data analysis approach including maintaining related procedures;
- Assisting with resolution of complex/technical issues and escalations across the program and business by conducting root cause analysis and collating information/documentation to provide the relevant current state analysis of the context relevant to the issue.
- Providing input into the solution and documenting the agreed outcome.

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:

- Extensive data analysis experience and/or related experience with hands-on knowledge and experience with tools and techniques for data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerBI, Qlikview etc.) and data processing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders on all levels.
- An intrinsic aptitude for research and analysis with a a strong work ethic with a focus on excellence and attention to detail.
- Competence in managing both internal and external stakeholders and good influencing skills.
- Proficiency in analysing and simplifying large amounts of varied and complex information and recommend positions to move forward.
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose solutions to simplify and automate existing processes.
