We have a fantastic part time opportunity for a Creative Copywriter to join our Customer Marketing team.

In this diverse role, you will get to embrace your love of storytelling, turning complex ideas into relatable content. You will bring the Zurich voice to life through compelling copy that will inspire and engage our customers, showcasing our insurance products to resonate with their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Storytelling: Create relatable narratives that highlight the importance of life insurance, using real-life examples and testimonials to connect with our audience emotionally
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of our online content, helping more people discover the peace of mind that comes with our insurance products.

- Strong copywriting experience, with technical expertise in SEO and related digital marketing techniques
- Customer centric approach & ability to create engaging and persuasive content
- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail ensuring polished, professional content
- Adaptable mindset to pivot between projects & writing styles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency using AI tools to increase efficiency & generate data led insights
