Our integrated service delivery system focuses on children, youth, families, and the aged, ensuring our services are both relevant and accessible.

**About the Role**

As a Community Services Coordinator, you will oversee and manage services for individuals and groups experiencing or at risk of vulnerability. You will develop, implement, and evaluate programs, manage staff and resources, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and assess programs to meet community needs
- Manage staff, budgets, and resources for effective service delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners
- Monitor and evaluate services, recommending improvements
- Ensure compliance with legislation and policies
- Prepare reports and coordinate new systems for enhanced service delivery
- Provide supervision to staff and coordinate professional training
- Participate in front-line work as needed

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously or in a team
- Knowledge of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act
- Experience working with vulnerable families and facilitating programs like Tuning into Kids and Triple P (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable**
- Experience working with CALD communities
- Experience facilitating playgroups or parenting programs
- Previous experience in a supervisory or mentoring role
