Our client is looking for someone who can lead and inspire an organization of data driven solution architects and data engineers with a passion to drive change and empower businesses to get future-ready
- Lead solutions/cloud architect with the potential to step into an AD once the company scales.
- IC experience (individual contributor position)
- Presales, HLD, LLD, and oversight and assurance of delivery.
- Consulting background
- AWS is a must
- Ideally GCP
- Data and analytics tech ML and AI (ideal)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Define and lead the mission, vision and strategy for Data & Analytics Practice; work closely with the CEO’s, CTO’s, CIO’s of our client base and be their strategic advisor for all things pertaining to the D&A practice
- Enhance effective partnership with Sales and Engineering Leaders. Provide architectural leadership to development teams and provide technical guidance and leadership to all internal and external teams involved in the implementation process
- Define, design and create an overall blueprint of our Data & Analytics Practices services and become trusted OEM partners to align with the overall business goals.
- Provides technical oversight and recommendations on data infrastructure (on-premise and Cloud) and BI tool configuration to project teams.
- Build and nurture the team of Solutions Architects who will be responsible for presales, solutioning.
- Focus towards building high performance scalable architecture presentations and generate SOW for customer Data Engineering and Analytics Projects in order to enable effective client and OEM partnerships.
- Incorporate the practice solutions, artifacts and create focussed pitch decks especially for the Data & Analytics segment.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience leading Data Engineering and Practice teams
- Experience leading platform engineering teams across multiple locations.
- Experience with distributed systems and policy compliance
- Experience driving collaborative cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Ability to work in complex multi-organization software programs.
