Role Summary
We're seeking an exceptional
Solution Architect
with deep AI expertise to lead Quantium's artificial intelligence strategy and implementation. As the Lead AI Solution Architect in our AI Innovation Squad, you'll architect and deliver cutting-edge GenAI and agentic systems while evangelizing these solutions across both engineering teams and client organizations.

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of our market presence as we transform with AI. You'll shape how Quantium positions itself in the rapidly evolving AI landscape and drive our go-to-market strategy for AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with business acumen—someone who can translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value through compelling thought leadership. Your experience building practical AI solutions in fast-paced environments, preferably in the startup ecosystem, will be crucial as you shape the future of AI at Quantium and help establish our position as market leaders.

• Solution Architecture & System Design: Design scalable, production-grade architectures for GenAI and agentic systems that solve real business problems
• Market Leadership: Drive the evolution of Quantium's market position through innovative AI solutions that differentiate our offerings in the marketplace
• Thought Leadership: Serve as Quantium's primary AI evangelist through presentations, whitepapers, and client-facing workshops
• Applied AI Development: Focus on practical, business-focused implementations of AI that deliver immediate value while positioning for future growth
• Client Consulting: Lead technical discovery sessions with clients, translating business requirements into AI solution architectures
• Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging AI technologies and create proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate measurable business value
• Best Practices & Standards: Establish architectural patterns and implementation guidelines for AI/LLM systems across the organization

The Superpowers You Will Bring To The Team

• Solution Architecture: 7+ years designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions, with demonstrable experience making architectural trade-offs
• Startup Ecosystem: Experience building and scaling AI solutions in fast-paced startup environments
• Applied AI Experience: Recent hands-on experience (within last 18 months) architecting practical solutions using LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and agentic frameworks
• Market Positioning: Track record of using technical expertise to drive market positioning and differentiation
• Technical Presentation: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Technical Implementation: Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript) and experience with major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
• Business Value Focus: Track record of designing AI architectures that deliver measurable business impact
