**The role**
Ready to lead a team where compliance is all about collaboration and guidance? As our Team Leader, Compliance, you will be at the forefront of overseeing and coordinating compliance activities, ensuring that they are conducted within legislative timeframes and in accordance with the Act and National Regulations.
Your role will involve proactively leading inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. You will monitor compliance levels, identify any issues, and implement corrective actions. As an expert in compliance, you will guide and educate external entities, providing the support needed to maintain high standards and help them meet regulatory requirements.

The Education Standards Board (ESB) is the independent statutory authority that regulates early childhood services and registers schools to improve education and care outcomes for children and young people in South Australia.

**Special conditions**
- Full time term vacancy, offered on a 24-month contract.
- The successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a Working with Children Check prior to being employed and regularly as required.
