**About the role**

**About you**
- Qualifications in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters, union and third-party relationships
- Demonstrated ability to quickly research and analyse information to support stakeholder decision making
- Good leadership experience, and the role would suit someone keen to step up into a leadership position
- Knowledge of employment contract management and employee relations
- The ability to build relationships fast and understand the needs of stakeholders
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to self-motivate to achieve timely outcomes
- Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
