Located in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Blue Bay produces handmade and award-winning dairy products from farm-fresh and locally sourced milk from grass-fed livestock. Our unique pasteurisation technique ensures the maximum amount of nutrients are retained, resulting in better tasting high quality dairy products.

**The Position**

This is a new role, born of necessity in our expanding business. We are cheesemakers at our core and looking for a pro to take care of our marketing needs. You will continue to satisfy our existing customer base while creating new leads and polishing our online presence and branding.

**About the role**:

- Coordinate and activate implementation of marketing campaigns to help drive product and brand promotion and awareness as well as the best reach target audience
- Stay up to date with the Market analyzing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant
- Create and publish engaging and authentic content to promote our products, marketing initiatives and events across a range of digital and print communication platforms
- Manage a regular social media publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising supporting sales objectives
- Coordinate, create and publish external EDMs in line with Sales and Marketing initiatives
- Manage and monitor our online communities and respond to social media users in a timely and authentic manner
- Create and manage website content focusing on visual communication
- Create engaging and informative photo and video social media content to help us build our brand and communicate with our audience
- Assist Retail and Sales with organizing and coordinating Farmers’ Markets activities
- Work with Sales and Retail to develop and print/publish POS material, merchandise, trade and consumer collateral and EDMs
- Identify opportunities to help develop brand love, awareness and online reputation

**Qualifications / Experience**
- Bachelor Degree or relevant qualification
- Professional recognition in Australia
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Marketing Coordinator role
- High Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Professional knowledge of DSLR and Photo/Video editing software is essential
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) is highly desirable
- Good understanding of WordPress is desirable but not essential

**Salary**: $67,000.00 per year
