**(Level A/B) $78,544 to $131,335 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

**Fixed-term, full-time position (0.6 FTE) available for 2 years.**

**Grant Funded Career Researcher with project management experience in health service research.**

The Adelaide Rural Clinical School supports medical education, research, clinical practice, community engagement and the development of better prevention and public health policies in rural and remote areas. This position will act as a project manager of a multidisciplinary research project that aims to improve medication management among disadvantaged people living in rural and remote South Australia. The Project Manager will work closely with the chief investigators to ensure the appropriate development of the different sub-projects and will be responsible for the engagement of all people involved in the study (rural clinicians, GPS, epidemiologists, qualitative researchers, pharmacists, Aboriginal health practitioners, consumer representatives).

**To be successful you will need**:

- A PhD in health or medical sciences and/or equivalent qualifications plus experience in conducting health service research.
- Demonstrated experience in research project management in healthcare settings that required regular interactions with general practices and/or local hospitals.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with clinicians, health service managers and consumer representatives to implement research studies.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple complex tasks, and meet deadlines.
