**The Client**

My client is a growing international company who is over the years has expanded internationally into logistics and transportation-related businesses. Drive to Botany, NSW 2019 with free parking onsite and be flexible with your working hours. You will be working as a Billing Officer reporting to the Finance Manager.

**The Role**
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Deliver timeliness and quality billing to customers
- Perform validation activities for billing run
- Handle customer disputes and enquiries and drive resolution
- Debt collection | Allocation
- Assisting with month end report
- Ad hoc finance duties when the team needs assistance

**The Person**
- Accounts receivable / billings experience
- Intermediate Excel skills - Pivot Table, VLOOKUPs
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Time management skills
- Great communication skills
- High attention to detail, and problem-solving
