To be successful you must:

- Be available to work on a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be committed to ensuring a clean hygienic kitchen
- Ability to perform autonomously
- Have a sound knowledge in food safety
- Attention to detail in preparation & food presentation

These key requirements will be appreciated with experience and skills in the following areas:

- Food Safety Handling Certificate - Essential
- Certificate Qualification in Commercial Cookery - Desirable
- Experience in food provision services - Desirable
