- We have a great opportunity to work for this company who are a very diverse in the manufacturing and supply of equipment and parts. This position will see you responsible for the HR management, administration and coordination of the department.
- The role includes:

- Providing a high level of leadership for the HR department in the ANZ region
- Development and delivery of the HR related policies and procedures
- Providing advice and support to the leadership team to help guide decision making to ensure that the business is operating in compliance with HR legislation
- Providing accurate advice to management and staff on workplace matters relating to industrial relations, performance management, compensation, awards and agreements, etc
- Conducting investigations and carry out mediation where required
- Collaboration with the executive leadership team to develop the HR strategy and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
- Development and implemention of HR related goals, objectives and systems
- Liaison with Global HR on various projects and reporting
- Creation of job descriptions, workforce and succession planning
- Develop and facilitate training
- Interpretion of the modern awards and the company Enterprise Agreement to provide advice and guidance to managers, employees and payroll
- Liaison with employees and migration agents in regard to migration as necessary
- Development of training plans, implement, facilitate and organise internal and external training as necessary
- Liaison with solicitors on employment law matters as necessary
- Management of the performance review process including goal setting, annual and production performance reviews
- Reporting such as workplace gender equality and diversity reporting
- Preparing national and international communications
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive the people first culture
- General administrative and ad-hoc duties as required

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- An understanding of Australian and New Zealand employment law
- Previous experience conducting investigations and managing grievances
- Previous experience with recruitment
