**Key Responsibilities**:

- **HR Administration**: Provide vital support across HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

- **Health & Wellbeing**: Contribute to promoting a healthy work-life balance and well-being initiatives, ensuring that our people feel supported both professionally and personally.
- **Learning & Devlopment**: Support the coordination of training inititives

**What We're Looking For**:

- A solution-focused mindset and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
