**About the Role**:
As an Account Manager - Owners Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new Embedded Network opportunities from existing clients in our WA portfolio and will manage a portfolio of Origin’s Centralised Energy Services Owners Corporation of Strata buildings. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position requires a proactive and strategic approach to maintain and enhance relationships, drive efficiencies and facilitate business growth.

Please note this is a full-time position with a hybrid of online, in office and field-based meetings and events to attend across WA. A Job facility vehicle will be included.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure seamless contract management and renewal processes for existing sites.
- Facilitate the acquisition of new embedded networks to expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OC/Strata managers and facility managers.
- Provide proactive advice and support on energy contracts and efficiency to Owners Corporations.
- Contribute to the growth and success of Origin Energy in the competitive energy industry.

**About You**:

- Similar experience in an Account Management or Sales role ideally in Energy, Utilities Solar, Building Management or Telecommunications.
- Proficiency in information systems and contract management.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven time management and strategic thinking abilities Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to attend after-hours meetings as required.
