Our Lady of Consolation Aged Care & Services Ltd operates a residential aged care campus for 300 elderly people at Rooty Hill, and provides home care services across the Western Sydney region to over 2000 elderly people so they can stay in their own homes.

We have an exciting opportunity for Leisure and Lifestyle Officer to join our leisure and lifestyle team on a permanent part-time basis to provide a broad range of individual and group activities across our six units.

The team has a strong focus on resident wellbeing and the successful applicant will need to be flexible and able to adapt to the range of people’s individual needs, including people that have a high level of dependency. You will be required to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of staff to meet the ongoing needs of resident and clients in our care.

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate a genuine liking for elderly people, have experience working with people with dementia, be vibrant, creative, flexible and adaptive, and want a degree of autonomy and responsibility in a job. If that describes you, we will actively support you, and we can guarantee that you will find the role both challenging and fulfilling.
