**About the Role**

Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? At Discovery Holiday Parks, we’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to join our passionate team. Reporting to the Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, this role is your opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our operations and leadership teams, helping steer strategic decisions, drive profitability and unlock new growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
As a key player in our finance team, you’ll be at the heart of decision-making, partnering with senior leaders to:

- Influence Strategy: Deliver sharp financial insights and monthly P&L analysis that drive smarter, faster decisions.
- Lead Planning: Collaborate with operations leaders to develop annual budgets and forecasts that align with our bold business goals.
- Spot Opportunities: Monitor performance, uncover trends, and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Tell the Story: Provide clear, compelling reports and dashboards that bring numbers to life.
- Model the Future: Use financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate new initiatives and investments.
- Shape Best Practice: Help refine financial policies and controls that support scalable success.
- Drive Efficiency: Champion process improvements that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally to enhance cost optimisation, revenue enhancement and profitability initiatives.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

**About You**:
You’re not just a numbers person—you’re a strategic thinker, a collaborator, and a change-maker. You bring:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA qualification preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus
