About the role

Our Strategy 2030 vision is to enable regional prosperity. In this senior role, you’ll lead the successful delivery of Barwon Water’s future vision for transforming our digital infrastructure and operations to support our refreshed strategic direction, while maintaining the performance and security of our existing IT and OT infrastructure and operations.

As a partner to the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll ensure your part of the digital transformation is delivered on time and budget, and in a manner respectful of Barwon Water’s strategic goals, policies and values. This role requires a continuous improvement mindset, to contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide digital strategy and is focused on the move to the Digital Business Group’s future operating model.

A highly regarded leader with solid IT and OT operations and service management execution and experience, you understand the value of a constructive partnership, effectively leading and learning from external delivery partners to build internal capability and help realise Barwon Water Group’s primary strategy.

**Position Description**

About you

With in-depth knowledge and experience in both IT and OT infrastructure and operations, you’ve had leadership responsibilities uplifting teams to support the migration to cloud and a more product-centric operation.

You’re someone with excellent business, resource management, and financial skills, who demonstrates strong political acumen and governance, with an understanding of how to align business and community needs with environmental, sustainability and financial goals. You’re an outstanding communicator with exceptional stakeholder management strengths, and you build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to drive outcomes and improvements.

An experienced leader of multidisciplinary teams, you are adept at influencing colleagues and collaborators. You’re passionate to deliver real change and benefit to the organisation.

Experience in the leadership of transformative digital programs is essential.
