**What you'll do**:
- Planning, developing and executing a strong portfolio of key Partner agreements.
- Strong delivery in customer service, stakeholder engagement and maximising outcomes through collaboration.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance.
- Connecting partnerships to insights such as tactical development and deliver sponsor marketing plans.
- Building and maintaining strong relations with each Partner, providing excellence in servicing and delivery.
- Collaborating with the broader Commercial team across value proposition to retain existing business
- Ensuring partner requirements are aligned to current and future needs leading to advocacy, revenue growth and renewal.
**What you'll need**:
- 5+ years' experience in commercial partnerships on either rights holder, client, or agency.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- A strong commercial mindset
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven towards delivering exceptional client service.
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience delivering strategic marketing/sponsorship campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel interstate from time to time.
