Your new company

An established design and construct company who specialise in custom homes, duel-occupancies and small scale multi-residential projects has an immediate opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join their team. With strong pipeline of projects, this companies established footprint in their market has positioned them well for long-term success

Your new role
- Schedule works and coordinate trades
- Provide daily supervision of site, suppliers and trades
- Establishing and maintaining strong and effective relations with trades
- Management of trades in order to safely reach multiple project deadlines
- Clear communication skills with all parties involved within the build
- Maintaining a strong eye for detail across the project from start to finish yet still working to timelines and budget requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role you will ideally have the following experience
- Experience in site supervision managing multiple sites and job numbers
- Multi-residential supervision highly regarded or alternatively a proven background in managing multiple sites
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate trades
- Excellent time management / diary skills in order to ensure projects run to timelines.
- High standards in quality control
