**Pay**: $28 - $32 per hour based on experience

As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Anna Bay, nestled in the tranquil Australian bush just outside Anna Bay. As educators, we are committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child thrives. We prioritize building strong, meaningful relationships with children through our Key Educator Relationships approach, ensuring they feel safe and valued as active participants in their learning journey.

Our centre offers three unique learning spaces tailored to different age groups, from infants to preschoolers. With a focus on holistic development, our programs encompass a wide range of activities, including socio-dramatic play, STEM exploration, creative arts, and physical activities. We collaborate closely with Anna Bay Public School to support school readiness and offer enriching excursions that enhance our curriculum.

Through our Storypark online platform, we keep parents closely involved in their child's progress, tailoring programs to each child's individual needs, interests, and strengths. Our newly renovated outdoor play areas, surrounded by lush bushland, provide a perfect balance of natural exploration and structured play equipment. **You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
