About the Role
We are looking for an individual who works well in teams, is dynamic, flexible, and is able to reflect and grow with the school. Pallara State School has 1290 students that is still to experience significant growth going forward.The HOSES role at Pallara State School:

- Oversee NCCD processes;
- Manage a team of 7 inclusion teachers, several teacher aides, two GO's and a SLP;
- Oversee EAL/D across the school;
- Manage up the SWD portfolio with the Principal;
- Has very limited time with HOSES on classes.
- Flexible and willing to adopt/adapt change;
- A team player who supports all members of the administration team and teaching staff;
- Passion for inclusion being a part of everyone's business;
- Capability to engage in honest self-evaluation.
