**About Us**:
Welcome to Little Navigators Early Learning Centre - Everton Park We are a brand-new 75 place childcare centre dedicated to providing a vibrant, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our focus is on fostering a love for learning through play and exploration, while supporting families in our community.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring **Assistant Educators**to join our team. As an Assistant, you will support the daily activities of the centre, ensuring that every child feels valued and engaged in their learning journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate activities and programs.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support the lead educators in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child’s activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in childcare or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations.
- Completed or working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Certification and Blue Card.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
