**About Us**:
Welcome to Little Navigators Early Learning Centre - Everton Park We are a brand-new 70 place childcare centre dedicated to providing a vibrant, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Our focus is on fostering a love for learning through play and exploration, while supporting families in our community.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Assistant Centre Manager who is Diploma Qualified** to join our team under a 12-month Maternity Leave contract. You will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of our children and contributing to a positive, engaging atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Centre Manager with centre management tasks, including rostering, CCMS, staff development, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and sector guidelines.
- Being a new centre, support families with tours, orientations and local area marketing.
- Play a vital role on the Centre leadership team, supervising & mentoring other educators.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and educators across all rooms and in the community.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous leadership role within early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Certification and current Blue Card.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Our Little Navigators ‘Educator Retreat’ which is an entire level of the centre with a Staff Room, Bathroom and Shower facilities, Chill Out Zone and Planning Area just for our team of amazing educators.
