**About the Role**:
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes and out in the community. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
- Ensuring the safety of clients during the service and supporting their needs.
- Providing companionship, emotional and social support.
- Providing Transport services.
- Respite care.

**What You Need**:

- A qualification in aged care or disability support (Preferred but not compulsory).
- A reliable smartphone with data (Compulsory).
- A current Australian driver’s licence (Compulsory).
- Comprehensive car insurance (Compulsory).
- A current First Aid/CPR certification (Compulsory).
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check (National Police Certificate) as part of the employment process.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Australian Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
