**About you**:
Demonstrated ability of using project management methodologies to deliver IT Transformational Programs. You have a proven track record in taking ownership of a Program of works, taking accountability for overall strategy and execution to deliver in full, on time and to budget. Your ability to lead and manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders will be hugely beneficial to your success in the role.

**About the role**:

- Taking overall responsibility for IT program delivery
- Communicating value to stakeholders while providing strategic and operational advice on managing projects;
- Managing multiple vendor relationships;
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules, while ensuring project deadlines, quality and budgets are met; and
- Assessing and mitigating project risks and issues.

**The ideal skills and experience are**:

- Previous experience managing transformational IT Programs
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing priorities and technology environment;
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills and the ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships;
