To support the team the growing demands of the hotel, PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking for an energetic, committed and trustworthy Assistant Night Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will have experience in leading a team, in guest facing roles, be willing to assist where possible, have strong communication. They will also be able to demonstrate working autonomously and in a honest & genuine capacity.

The Role:

- Be responsible for providing our guests with high quality service throughout their stay.
- Run the Night Audit and system roll over, balancing all checks, monies and takings for the day
- Lead a team while mentoring and training the overnight Guest Service Agents
- Be the first and last impression of the hotel for our guests and provide Check-In, Check-Out and information services throughout their stay.
- Be able to work on a rotating roster including night shift and weekends
- Experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Opera and the Night Audit operation
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
