**Responsibilities**:
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a designated customer portfolio, nurturing, expanding, and driving successful relationships through consistent engagement. Serving as the primary point of contact, you'll build rapport with clients, fostering an environment conducive to long-term company solution adoption. With a consultative sales approach, you'll manage intricate sales cycles, secure renewals, and proactively address escalations to ensure sustained customer satisfaction. Your role involves presenting tailored solutions aligned with customer goals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to finalize deals. You'll guide customers through solution discovery, technical sessions, and product updates, fostering informed decision-making. Additionally, you'll support prospective clients in their evaluation process and maintain an updated opportunity pipeline within the CRM system. Meeting or surpassing quarterly targets for renewals and new business will be pivotal in achieving success in this role.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.
- Hunter with strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technology solutions and articulate their value to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft technology ecosystem is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
