**Company Description**:
The Producer is responsible for the conception, execution and delivery of content projects based on the overall marketing plan. They work closely with the Programming and Communications teams to meet audience objectives across sports, gaming & culture playgrounds. She/He works with the local creative community to develop and produce content ranging from long form and serialized formats to single short form video content for social use. They are responsible for creative quality, distinctiveness, strength of narrative storytelling, and execution. Her/His goal is to create content that will reach and engage key local audiences (and when appropriate international audiences).
**CONTENT PRODUCTION**
You will develop and produce innovative, high quality content that is always in line with the brand attitudes, values and quality standards of Red Bull. You will execute productions from concept phase to final delivery, aligned with the defined holistic content strategy for Australia, as well as, identify and develop new story angles for new and existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities (Athlete Projects, Opinion Leaders, Events etc.).
**CREATIVE IDEATION & COLLABORATION**
You will build and maintain a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers and partners within Australia. You will collaborate regularly with local marketing team stakeholders as well as international Red Bull producers from ideation through to delivery, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines. At times, you will also collaborate with the international Red Bull TV Live team when live events take place in Australia.
**PRODUCTION PARTNER MANAGEMENT**
You will work with top production partners and talent in Australia to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives, ensuring that all productions are executed in line with the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- 6+ years overall content production experience in TV, social media production, commissioning or similar, ideally in sports, factual entertainment or documentary
- Likely to be a content producer by background, who has a proven track record for developing and executing world class content for target audiences in Australia
- Most recent work experience preferably as a staff member of a major production company, TV network, social platform, or uninterrupted freelance work for top-tier media companies
- Demonstrated experience producing successful content for YouTube will be highly regarded
- University Degree level education (ideally in Communications, Journalism, Film Studies or similar)
