**Job Summary**:

- **Application Packaging, SCCM & Intune is must**:

- Provide technical support for Microsoft-related technologies; Office 365, Windows Server and Client OSes, and Active Directory.
- 0365 Certified with 6-8 years of migration experience.
- Maintain and develop documentation standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
- Ticket creation and management, including communication with users informing of incident progress and customer notification of impending changes and agreed outages.
- Responsible for escalation of service or project issues that cannot be completed within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Responsible for following all safety rules, policies, procedures and regulations, maintaining a safe workplace.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Ability to adapt to a continually changing business environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanour and consistently meeting customer service quality standards, especially in problem-resolution situations.
- Ability to work in a team environment, and cross-functional departments and divisions to maintain open lines of communication and cultivate positive working relationships that will benefit the customer and company profitability.
- ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification preferred
- Previous experience in MSP is highly regarded

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
