**About the role**

A varying range of shifts will be available and participant support requirements may include, personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills.

- **As we continue to grow, we are seeking a variety of different skill sets to fit within our team, in particularly we are looking for staff with demonstrated experience working with physically complex needs to fit one team, and staff who have demonstrated experience working with psychosocially complex participants. **_

**About you**
- A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements
- Experience supporting NDIS participants with physical and psychosocial disabilities
- The ability to communicate and appropriately respond to the needs of people with disability
- Passion for building strong relationships and rapport with participants
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to complete detailed and accurate documentation
- First Aid Certificate
- Drivers Licence
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Legal working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
