POP MART, founded in 2010 is an industry-leading pop culture and art toy company aiming to light up passion and bring joy to all. With rapid growth, POP MART has set foot in more than 23 countries with over 250 stores and 1687 Robo Shops around the world. With the recent expansion into Australia, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our **Highpoint team on a casual basis**

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Drive sales through providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to POP MART
- Assist with stock management including unpacking, shelf arrangement, replenishing and stock take
- Processing of daily transactions at counter efficiently and effectively
- Support the store to operate efficiently by possessing excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills.

**To be successful you will have**
- previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment
- must be available to work Thursday evening
- a can-do positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- able to work both independently and enjoy working in a team environment
- Possess a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous

**Salary**: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
