**About the role**
This transformative role has been introduced to enable Council to optimise its land assets (including facilities/services located on this land) to deliver on Council’s service priorities, including more open space, integrated and optimised Council facilities and redevelopment opportunities to implement recommendations of activity centre structure plans and other service plans.
