**About the role**:
The End User Compute team within Infrastructure Service Delivery is responsible for all operational activities to run, maintain and protect Suncorp’s end user computing environment. This includes all edge devices, mobiles, printers, operating systems, supporting agents, connected devices and more.

This service specialist role is focused on Vulnerability Management, protecting the entire environment and ensuring that it remains within Suncorp’s risk appetite. This is achieved through governing IT Managed Service Providers to deliver best in class services through governance, reporting and continuous service improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will be familiar with a range of Vulnerability Management practices including the monitoring of, risk and impact assessments, metrics and reporting and the tools and services used to manage and remediate all vulnerabilities. Familiarity with supporting toolsets like Qualys and Airlock would be of benefit.

**What you’ll do**:
Play a key role in governing IT Managed Service Providers to deliver best in class services through:

- Service level management and supplier governance.
- Providing Leadership, guidance, direction and corrective actions in all aspects of Vulnerability Management including Alerting, Assessments, Release Management, Remedial Activities and Reporting.
- Working with and report to internal stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Supporting the identification and remediation of complex problems related to Vulnerability Management.
- Utilising technical knowledge and skills to influence priorities, initiatives, roadmaps, enhancements and improvements.
- Working closely with supporting Platform teams to understand dependencies that may have an impact.
- Ensuring adherence to a Build to Run framework enabling a fast pace of change and transition into production.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience with leading or directing Vulnerability Management practices and Remediation activities in a medium to large organisation
- Three+ years’ experience working with End User Compute technologies
- Experience with Vulnerability Management toolsets including but not limited to Qualys and Airlock.
- Knowledge of or background in Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager experience including but not limited to administration, builds and managing monitoring and alerting.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and iOS and MacOS Operating Systems
- Involvement and support in major outages and critical incidents.
- Strong skills in communication, governing and working collaboratively in a team
