- Job Description

This role exists to provide high-level administrative and relational support to the Director of Business Operations (DBO), enabling effective leadership across key operational areas of the College, including People & Culture, Marketing & Community, Capital Projects, Property Management, and Administration. The Executive Assistant ensures the DBO’s time, communication, and workflow are purposeful, well-organised, and aligned with strategic priorities.

**Essential**
- Strong organisational and administrative capability, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, or a willingness to develop these skills
- Professional maturity and emotional intelligence, particularly in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and demonstrate initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
