**Casual Opportunity**
- The salary range for this role is $32.25 to $33.31 per hour (plus casual loading), depending on certificates and experience._

**About you**

You're a caring and compassionate individual who finds real joy in supporting seniors. You take the time to build genuine relationships with residents, understanding their needs so you can provide thoughtful, person-centred care. With a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, you work well with others and are always ready to lend a hand to your team.

Requirements for the role:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support;
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, across a 7-day week;
- Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain.

**About the Role**

In this role, you'll support residents over a variety of shifts, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while respecting their individual physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs.

In this varied role, you will:

- Be part of shaping care plans and keeping an eye out for any changes—your insights matter
- Jump into a variety of tasks with the support of our amazing RNs.
- Treat every resident with the dignity, privacy, and respect they deserve.
- Help create a space that feels safe and full of care.
