**About you**

As a compassionate natured individual, you passionate about caring for our seniors. You will enjoy taking time to build relationships with our residents and getting to know them in order to provide the best possible care. You are a positive individual who works well with others and are happy to support your fellow team members.

Your experience and qualifications for this role ideally, should include:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support;
- Demonstrated solid experience in Aged Care;
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, across a 7-day week;
- Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain.

**About the Role**

We’re on the lookout for **Qualified Night Shift Personal Care Workers** to be part of a compassionate and professional team at our Bribie Island Aged Care Service. If you thrive in the quiet of the night and take pride in providing exceptional care, this is the perfect opportunity for you

In this role, you’ll support residents with **overnight care and assistance**, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while respecting their individual physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs. Your scheduled hours will be **10:30 PM - 6:30 AM**, giving you the flexibility to work nights while making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

In this varied role, your day-to-day tasks may include:

- Participating in the development and review of resident/client care plans, including completing charting and reporting any observed changes of a resident's health to the Registered Nurse;
- Undertaking and completing a number of different tasks, as delegated by the Registered Nurse;
- Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives and staff, and ensuring that all interactions are treated confidentially;
- Support and assist in the provision of a comfortable, safe and secure environment.
