As part of our growing finance business at Munro Footwear Group we have an amazing opportunity for a talented Junior Commercial Analyst to join our commercial finance team. Whether you are completing your CPA qualifications or studying towards a career in commercial finance, then this is a fantastic opportunity to “learn while you earn”. You will have visibility and hands on training within a dynamic and multi-faceted retail company. What Your Day Will Look Like;
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be working closely with Commercial team to assist in updating reporting for the Retail and Central Operations teams.
- You will be responsible for the update and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly retail reports for sales, wastage, wages and inventory movements.
- Work with Commercial team to create and/streamline relevant reporting processes for key business stakeholders.
- Provide real time analytics to key stakeholders.
- Identify business risks and work with various stakeholders to implement process improvements.
What Will You Bring To This Role?
- You will have advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (V look-up, Pivot tables etc)
- Hold a Tertiary business qualification from a recognised Australian university
- CA/CPA or working towards completion highly regarded Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within a similar multi-site environment (Retail or FGCG would be an advantage)
- Possess an Analytical mindset along with strong problem-solving, research and data analyst skills
- Projection and forecasting skills
- Possess high attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Deliver superior customer service to all stakeholders
- Highly motivated, well organised and a proactive approach
