**About the Role**

Our client, James Richardson Corporation, is in search of a **Property Analyst** to join their team.

This newly created role will report to the _General Manager - Property_ and will see you support the management of a significant, privately-held commercial property portfolio, with key result areas covering financial modelling, feasibility, and the analysis of asset and portfolio performance.

You will play an integral part in maximising net property income and be the point of contact for third party Property Managers and Leasing Agents, hence your ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders, build rapport and influence to deliver business outcomes, will be critical to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare timely and accurate reports and financial models, to support investment decisions and strategic asset planning;
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process;
- Assist with cashflow forecasting, working capital analysis, cashflow reporting and financial modelling;
- Prepare and model feasibility for future projects; analyse and assess investments to identify potential opportunities;
- Undertake financial and commercial investment evaluations; deliver financial, tenancy & lease analysis on all facets of commercial sites.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary education in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field;
- 3+ years’ experience working within a similar role within the Property sector would be an advantage;
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, asset management, and commercial analysis, including; valuations and modelling essential
- CPA/CA desirable, but not essential;
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen;
- Strong project management skills.
