**Join our Transport and Infrastructure, Digital team**

Transport and Infrastructure (T&I) is at the heart of our business. Developing and implementing solutions to complex problems, our Asia Pacific team is helping to transform the world.

Within T&I, our rapidly evolving digital offering at Beca Australia is growing. We assist our clients both internal and external, nationally and internationally, in designing, defining, and delivering their digital strategic and operational objectives. As our success grows, we are looking for a **Digital and Innovation Lead **to lead, grow, and oversee the T&I Digital business in Australia. This key position in our team will be responsible for fostering the use of innovative digital technology and solutions.

A challenging and dynamic role that will be include aspects of people leadership; delivery; client facing and strategic work, you will develop and drive best practice across the business in both digital engineering and digital asset management. You will:
- Lead, source, and empower a team of individuals that are tasked with responding to and exceeding our business strategy
- Contribute to the on-going development of our plans for growth in the Transport & Infrastructure markets, through the development and delivery of digital services and tools
- Provide information and insight on the value propositions and client benefits of deploying state of the art and innovative digital approaches to infrastructure and engage with key clients to understand their digital asset creation and management needs
- Lead, define and deliver appropriate digital strategies, solutions, and approaches on key projects
