Position Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Electronic Equipment Worker - Coffee Machine located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The position consists in diagnose and repair faults in a wide range of commercial coffee machines and electronic equipment and systems, perform scheduled preventative maintenance on client coffee machines electronic equipment to pre-empt and prevent system issues.

**About the role**:
Espresso Doctor' has two full-time position available as Electronic Equipment Worker - Coffee Machine based in our Brisbane office.

Workshop Technician

Monday to Friday

8-4.30

Weekend work / On call roster optional

In House training

On Annual Salary (Plus Super)

Company vehicle

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair faults in a wide range of commercial coffee machines and electronic equipment and systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on client coffee machines electronic equipment to pre-empt and prevent system issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and electronic technical support to clients, building strong relationships
- Record all service activities and maintain accurate electronic technical documentation
- Work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

**What we're looking for**
- Troubleshooting and repair skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Adaptable and eager to learn, keeping up with the latest coffee equipment and industry trends
- Clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
