**About the Program**:
We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join the Urban Utilities Regional Treatment Plants (RTP) Program team.

John Holland with design partner GHD will deliver the RTP scope which involves a program of upgrades and renewal works to treatment plants, pipelines & pump stations in Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer Valley, & the Scenic Rim.

**About the Position**:
As Electrical Supervisor you will oversee and manage the construction process on site, coordinating and directing the activities of workers, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
- Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
- Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
- Manage the allocation of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment
- Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedure

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience delivering infrastructure projects in Australia, focusing on electrical systems
- Experience working for a tier one contractor is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor, managing multiple subcontractors and direct employees
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Able to work and integrate into a team
- Strong focus on health and safety
