**About Monash Health Fertility**

In an Australian first for women’s health, Monash Health Fertility has been established to provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare services to 40% of the Victorian population, in east and southeast Victoria. Currently the only facility in the state offering this service, we aim to provide a safe, high quality, evidence-based program that prioritises the physical and psychological needs of all persons undergoing treatment.

We’re now to looking to appoint an experienced healthcare administration leader to help us build a world class fertility program accessible to over 2.6 million people in east and south-east Victoria.

This role will be appointed on a permanent, full-time basis.

**About the Role**

Monash Health Fertility (“MHF”) aims to provide a safe, high quality, evidence-based program that prioritises the physical and psychological needs of all persons undergoing treatment. If appointed, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in helping establish and develop one of Australia’s first publicly run fertility services.

If you’re appointed to this role, you’ll enjoy providing a coordinated, effective and efficient administration function enabling MHF to run smoothly on a day to basis. You’ll build strong working relationships inside the service and with external partner providers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Involvement in recruitment, training and developing administration team members
- Developing, implementing and communicating relevant, appropriate administrative practices and procedures
- Clear and effective liaison with the team and with senior management
- Helping embed a warm, friendly work environment

Leading by example, you’ll role model the highest levels of customer service, task proficiency and professional conduct.

**About You/what you need**

You’re a proven healthcare administration leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrating high level administrative skills and proficiency in a range of systems, you readily manage a range of tasks concurrently, meeting deadlines without compromising service or quality standards. You welcome change where it’s warranted and are always looking for opportunities to improve how things are done.

A certificate in Business Administration will be highly regarded.
