**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**
Reporting to Head of Operations Australia and New Zealand, this position leads a small team of Order Administrators ensuring our purchase orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Fundamental to this role is a deep knowledge of and experience with the sales order process in order to fulfil the expected SLAs with internal and external stakeholders.
**As the Team Leader Order Management, you will**:
- Manage day to day operation of Orders Management Team, ensuring expected SLA and KPIs are met, including the use of Netsuite.
- Assist the team in processing orders and complete other operations related activities where required.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to better efficiency and effectiveness and to accommodate with current and future needs.
- Ensure effective working relationship between the Operations and Order management functions and internal and external stakeholders to enable optimisation and improvements, as well as maintain an appropriate flow of Operation process.
- Manage and report on existing and/or outstanding orders including a review of open sales and purchase orders, investigating with vendors for update on aged orders.
- Provide regular analytical support and reports with the objective of improving services, including support for stakeholders with orders related reports.
- Proactively identify problems in your role/duties and actively pursue improvements and effective solution to meet business objectives and goals.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance policies.
- Provide continuous training and coaching, as well as develop new staff via a structured induction and training schedule.
- Review processes and document workflows for training and operational efficiency.
- Develop program for upskilling, training and mentoring the team.
- Provide regular reports to support the business needs and share insights.

- Primary point of contact for orders team relating to escalations and queries on process flow, providing a hands on approach to team management and assistance
- Management and tracking of team KPIs, ensuring staff are meeting their goals and providing spot training and guidance to improve overall skillset
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**
**The ideal Team Leader Order Management will have**:
- Experience in administration within an IT distributor or logistics/supply chain organisation or similar.
- Knowledge of and experience with the sales order process.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen focus on detail with a proven record of organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and manage concurrent work tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise and a track record of success in seamlessly contributing to team efforts, while also fostering productive partnerships and collaborations with diverse teams in a dynamic and expanding business environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and building high performing teams.
- Experience in Netsuite, or comparable ERP.
- Intermediate Excel skills
