**About the Opportunity**
The Program Manager - Automotive Services is responsible for establishing and managing strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders, identifying and managing risks, and conducting post implementation review processes to identify and share learnings.

Reporting to the Head of Program Management, the Program Manager - Automotive Services focuses in delivering projects and initiatives which provide process and system improvement outcomes within set standards, timeframes, and budget.
As a Program Manager you will be providing leadership, support and communication plans to key stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of change initiatives as well guiding and supporting other team members and service providers.
**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Minimum of 2 years practical project management or business improvement experience gained through managing large and complex projects with proven results.
- Strong understanding and solid experience in project and program management methodology and techniques, identification and development of business improvements, processes and procedures, and successful delivery of projects and change initiatives.
- Well-developed research and investigative skills, analytical, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and networking ability and able to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication, written and verbal skills, and attention to detail.
