**About Us**

Brio is an energetic health café on the Gold Coast - Southport Park Shopping centre. We serve light meals and coffee, with a low carb and wholefood focus and sell a small range of retail products within our in-store health markets. Our friendly team is focused on exceeding our customer's expectations through our welcoming and knowledgeable service and a fun atmosphere.

About the Role

**We are excited to be on the look out for new health nuts like us to join our existing team. **Preferably, you will have barista experience and a passion for great service and healthy food.

**Duties include**:

- **Food and Beverage Preparation, including following recipes to create our delicious goodies**:

- **Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene**:

- **Following store procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.**:

- **Assist the Store Manager in any additional tasks as required.**:

- **Are able to use initiative and work alone**:

- **ARE AVAILABLE TO COVER LUNCH SHIFTS (3 HOURS)**

**Skills & Experience**
- **Barista skills**:

- **Have an eye for detail and quality control**:

- **Amazing at multitasking and customer service**:

- **Thrive working in a fast-paced, busy environment**:

- **Retail experience is a bonus**:

- Must be available to work weekends

**We are currently on the look out for a Casual 10-15 per week**
