Job Title: Restaurant All-Rounders

We are seeking 2 dynamic and enthusiastic All-Rounders to join our vibrant team at Como Kitchen + Bar. As an integral part of our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

**First Person (18 hours per week)**:

- Friday Dinner Service: 5 hours
- Saturday All Day: 8.5 hours
- Sunday Lunch Service: 4.5 hours

**Second Person (13 hours per week)**:

- Saturday All Day: 8.5 hours
- Sunday Lunch Service: 4.5 hours

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver orders promptly to guests' tables.
- Skillfully craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and other specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar and coffee stations.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in handling payments.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our valued guests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender, Barista, or All-rounder in a restaurant or café setting.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and cocktail mixing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with ease.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
- Availability to work weekends.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
